We are off to a pretty good start at home. The boys are enjoying having a little sister, the dogs are good with a new member of the pack. And last night Isabella slept for two long four hour stretches. 

This morning we get to go to the lab and get a blood draw.

Two days ago you finally decided to join the family, and today you came home from the hospital. It was a wonderful experience to have you arrive. Your mom did say that the epidural was “the best decision I have ever made in my life.” She also said that she loved the anesthesiologist. The boys visited you a couple of hours after you were born, and they said that you were “squishy.” And we all welcomed you and loved you.
